Cheesy Crabmeat Appetizer

My verdict: Thumbs Down

Aaron cooked dinner at home for our first Valentine’s Day together, and we started with these. They are deceptively good! You look at the recipe and think, “Ehh – they could be OK,” but they are scrumptious  =)

Cheesy Crabmeat Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Crabmeat (drained)
  • 1/2 cup Margarine
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonaise
  • 10oz Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Package English Muffins

Directions

Step 1 Preheat oven to 400º.
Step 2 Mix crabmeat, margarine, garlic salt, mayonaise and cheese with electric mixer until well blended.
Step 3 Cut muffins into quarters. Spoon mixture onto tops and bake until cheese melts and bottoms are toasted (about 10-15 minutes).
