Mitten 2


I know that you’re not supposed to eat meat on Christmas Eve, but we don’t usually follow all the rules surrounding the holidays (and we’re not fish lovers), so it helps when choosing the menu. In the past I’ve made lemon-garlic chicken and pork tenderloin, so I think this year I will make chicken, potatoes and a veggie (TBD). Something simple since I need to make two things for Christmas day and easy-to-package leftovers since it’s just the two of us.
