Crock Pot Chili

Origin unknown.

My verdict: Thumbs Down

The amounts of spices were taken from an old recipe in my cookbook but I like everything HOT! HOT! HOT! so I add more seasoning during hours 3-4 (no specific amounts, I do it to taste). We top our bowls with sour cream and shredded cheese and usually have Texas Toast on the side.
