Gelatin Bellinis

Gelatin Bellinis

  • 750ml Prosecco
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 1/4-oz Packets Unflavored Gelatin Powder
  • 1 Peach (cut into wedges)


Step 1 Combine 1 cup prosecco and sugar in small saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Step 2 Meanwhile, pour remaining prosecco into medium bowl. Sprinkle gelatin on top and let stand 1 minute. Pour in hot mixture and whisk until gelatin dissolves. Skim off most foam.
Step 3 Divide into 6 glasses and let them partially set for 1 hour. Gently insert one peach slice into each glass and let completely set, approximately 3 hours.
