White Chocolate Oreo Cake w/ Sweet Chocolate Topping

Ingredients

  • 6oz Hershey's Cookies 'n' Creme Chocolate Candy Bar ((1.5 bars))
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • pinch Salt
  • 7oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3/4 cups Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions

Step 1 Melt Hershey bars, butter and sugar over med-low heat until melted.
Step 2 Whisk in 2 lightly beaten eggs and vanilla.
Step 3 Add flour, baking powder and salt. Stir until mixture is incorporated and smooth.
Step 4 Pour into greased 9" springform pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Step 5 Remove from oven and immediately pour sweetened condensed milk over top of brownie cake. Layer with mini chips, let cool and enjoy.
